随着医院规模的不断扩大、事业单位管理体制改革的不断推进和深化,使人事档案管理工作逐渐成为公众关注的焦点之一。通过分析医院人事档案管理存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策。健全人事档案管理制度,增强档案意识,提高人事档案管理人员的素质,加强人事档案管理队伍的建设,将进一步促进医院的持续发展和提高医院的竞争力。

Along with the continuous expansion of the hospital,constantly development and deepening of reform in enterprise,the personnel file management has gradually become one of the focus in public. Countermeasures were proposed by analyzing the problems of hospital personnel file management. Improve the system of personnel archives management,strengthen the consciousness of archives,enhance the quality of the personnel file management,reinforce the construction of personnel archives management team. Strengthening of personnel file management is conducive to the further development and improvement of the competitiveness of the hospital.
