目的：重点探索临床路径应用于输血的有效性，促进规范化输血，确保输血安全。方法选择2013年1月初～2014年12月末我院的1000份输血病例作为主要研究对象，对比分析实施临床路径前后的具体输血情况。结果实施临床路径后的输血文书优于实施路径前，实施临床路径前后的输血文书有明显差异（P<0.05）。实施临床路径后的输血情况优于实施路径前，实施临床路径前后的输血情况有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论临床路径应用于临床输血，有利于促进输血规范化，确保了输血的安全，减少医疗纠纷。
목적：중점탐색림상로경응용우수혈적유효성，촉진규범화수혈，학보수혈안전。방법선택2013년1월초～2014년12월말아원적1000빈수혈병례작위주요연구대상，대비분석실시림상로경전후적구체수혈정황。결과실시림상로경후적수혈문서우우실시로경전，실시림상로경전후적수혈문서유명현차이（P<0.05）。실시림상로경후적수혈정황우우실시로경전，실시림상로경전후적수혈정황유명현차이（P<0.05）。결론림상로경응용우림상수혈，유리우촉진수혈규범화，학보료수혈적안전，감소의료규분。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of clinical pathway in the standardization of blood transfusion,to ensure the safety of blood transfusion. Methods 1000 cases of continuous blood transfusion in our hospital were taken as the main object of study,compared and analysed the blood transfusion before and after the implementation of specific clinical path. Results After applying the clinical pathway,blood transfusion instrument was obviously better than before,there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Blood transfusion was significantly better after applying the clinical pathway,there was a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical pathway in clinical blood transfusion can promote the standardization and ensure the safety of blood transfusion,and reduce medical disputes.
