大学生工程能力素质培养的关键是进行课程教学改革。以我校移动通信教学改革为例,讨论了通信工程专业学生的工程素质构成要素,从课堂授课、课程设计、毕业设计、校企合作、教师队伍建设等方面对通信工程人才素质培养做了一定的探索,最后指出继续深化教学改革的方向。

The key to improve the communication engineering qualities of the college students is to do the teaching reform. Using our school teaching reform of the mobile communication as an example, the elements of the engineering quality of the communication engineering students is discussed. We have done some exploration in classroom teaching, curriculum designing, graduate designing, school-enterprise cooperating, and teachers building to improve the students’ communication engineering qualities. Finally, we point out the directions to deepen the teaching reform.
