目的：分析注射用盐酸头孢吡肟治疗细菌性肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年6月～2014年7月收治的74例细菌性肺炎患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组37例，给予对照组头孢他啶治疗，给予观察组头孢吡肟治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果所有患者通过治疗之后，观察组患者痊愈的有20例，显效9例，有效6例，无效2例，治疗的总有效率为94.6%，对照组患者痊愈的有12例，显效9例，有效7例，无效9例，治疗的总有效率为75.7%。观察组患者治疗的总有效率优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对细菌性肺炎，采用注射用盐酸头孢吡肟治疗，具有较好的治疗效果，其不良反应小，能够有效的抑制细菌感染。
목적：분석주사용염산두포필우치료세균성폐염적림상치료효과。방법선취아원2013년6월～2014년7월수치적74례세균성폐염환자，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조37례，급여대조조두포타정치료，급여관찰조두포필우치료，관찰량조환자적치료효과。결과소유환자통과치료지후，관찰조환자전유적유20례，현효9례，유효6례，무효2례，치료적총유효솔위94.6%，대조조환자전유적유12례，현효9례，유효7례，무효9례，치료적총유효솔위75.7%。관찰조환자치료적총유효솔우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론침대세균성폐염，채용주사용염산두포필우치료，구유교호적치료효과，기불량반응소，능구유효적억제세균감염。
Objective To study the clinical effect observation of cefepime hydrochloride injection in treatment of bacterial pneumonia. Methods 74 patients with bacterial pneumonia patients in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2014 were randomly selected into control group and observation group,37 cases in each group. The control group patients received ceftazidime treatment,while the observation group patients received cefepime treatment,the clinical effect of two groups were observed. Results al the patients were treated by after treatment,In the observation group,there were 20 cured cases,9 excel ent cases,6 effective cases and 2 invalid cases. The total effective rate of treatment was 94.6%. In the control group,there were 12 cured cases,9 excel ent cases,7 effective cases and 9 invalid cases. The total effective rate of treatment was 75.7%. The total effective rate in the observation group was better than control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of cefepime hydrochloride injection in treatment of bacterial pneumonia is good. The adverse reactions were less,and it can inhibit bacterial infection effectively. So it has high value in clinical application.
