目的：探究原发性肺癌CT检查的临床表现，并加以分析。方法选取我院骨科门诊接收并确诊为原发性肺癌的48例患者来进行研究分析，观察患者CT临床表现并做好记录。结果根据记录数据分析可得，48例患者为中央型肺癌患者19例，周围型肺癌患者25例，弥漫型肺癌患者4例。CT扫描显示原发性肺癌患者胸部薄层图像清晰，具有较高的分辨率。结论原发性肺癌诊断时增加CT检查有利于对病情的了解，对正确全面地发现以及诊断原发性肺癌十分有帮助。
목적：탐구원발성폐암CT검사적림상표현，병가이분석。방법선취아원골과문진접수병학진위원발성폐암적48례환자래진행연구분석，관찰환자CT림상표현병주호기록。결과근거기록수거분석가득，48례환자위중앙형폐암환자19례，주위형폐암환자25례，미만형폐암환자4례。CT소묘현시원발성폐암환자흉부박층도상청석，구유교고적분변솔。결론원발성폐암진단시증가CT검사유리우대병정적료해，대정학전면지발현이급진단원발성폐암십분유방조。
Objective To explore the clinical manifestations of primary lung cancer with CT examination. Methods 48 cases of primary lung cancer patients in our hospital of outpatient department of orthopedics were carried on the research analysis,observed the clinical manifestation of CT,summarized the clinical manifestations. Results According to the recorded data analysis,48 patients with 19 cases of central type lung cancer,25 patients with peripheral lung cancer,4 cases of diffuse lung cancer patients. CT scan showed that the primary lung cancer patients with chest thin clear image and high resolution. Conclusion CT examination in the diagnosis of primary lung cancer is conducive to the understanding of the disease,to correct comprehensive findings and diagnosis of primary lung cancer.
