在以培养创新型人才的高等教育中，能力培养是本位。以培养学生实践能力为目标，针对电气类专业实践教学的特点及实际教学过程中的经验和体会，从实践教学的体系结构和教学方法等方面，对电气类专业实践教学环节进行了分析和研究，提出并构建了一种“一个核心四个层面”的实践教学模式。事实证明该模式可以有效提高实践教学效果。

It’s an important target to cultivate innovative talents in Higher education which is ability-based.For the target of practical ability cultivation,in allusion to the characteristic of the experimental teaching for electrical speciality, and some experience in the practical teaching process,the article analyzes and researches the experimental teaching sector of electrical speciality in architecture and teaching ways,brings up and designs a experimental teaching model for one core and four levels.It is proved that this model can improve the effect of experimental teaching.
