目的：研究探讨不同临床标本微生物检验阳性率情况，并进行比较。方法选取我院2012～2013年不同检测微生物的临床标本6000份。分析比较不同临床标本微生物检验阳性率情况。结果分析结果显示，2012年的血液标本和痰液标本微生物阳性检验率低于2013年，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；同时，脑脊液标本、尿道分泌物标本与脓液标本阳性检验率高于2013年，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在调查中还发现2012～2013年阴道分泌物、尿液标本阳性检验的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论在当前医院临床标本微生物检验阳性率中，检验水平目前仍处于较低水平阶段。在临床检验中应当采取相应的措施提高微生物检验质量，进而为临床治疗提供更为准确的资料，供医师为患者提供有效的服务。

Objective To study and compare the positive rate of different clinical samples for microbial test. Methods Selected 6000 copies of different clinical specimens for microbial test in our hospital from 2012 to 2013. Analysed and compared the positive rate of different clinical samples for microbial test. Results The analysis showed that in 2012,the microbial positive test rate of blood samples and sputum samples were lower than those in 2013 significantly,the data had statistical difference(P<0.05). At the same time,the microbial positive test rate of cerebrospinal fluid samples,urethral secretions samples,sanies samples were higher than those in 2013 significantly,the data had statistical difference(P<0.05). The microbial positive test rate of vaginal fluid samples,urine samples from 2012 to 2013 under investigation had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Inspection microbial positive rate in clinical specimens,the test level remains at a low level stage. It should take corresponding measures to improve the quality of the microbial test in the clinical examination,and then provide more accurate information for physicians during clinical treatment,to provide effective services for patients.
