目的：研究分析幽门螺杆菌相关胃炎使用中药治疗的临床效果。方法2007年我院共接收了100例慢性胃炎患者，分组为对照组和治疗组，均有50例，对照组采取标准三联法治疗，治疗组使用三联和加味左金香连汤治疗，比较分析两组患者的临床治疗效果，观察复发情况。结果治疗组和对照组患者的幽门螺杆菌转阴率和疗效对比没有统计学差异，两组患者的症状改善和复发率存在统计学差异。结论幽门螺杆菌感染胃炎治疗采取中西结合治疗的方式具有比较好的效果，临床用药时间短，复发率低。
목적：연구분석유문라간균상관위염사용중약치료적림상효과。방법2007년아원공접수료100례만성위염환자，분조위대조조화치료조，균유50례，대조조채취표준삼련법치료，치료조사용삼련화가미좌금향련탕치료，비교분석량조환자적림상치료효과，관찰복발정황。결과치료조화대조조환자적유문라간균전음솔화료효대비몰유통계학차이，량조환자적증상개선화복발솔존재통계학차이。결론유문라간균감염위염치료채취중서결합치료적방식구유비교호적효과，림상용약시간단，복발솔저。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of Hp associated gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Methods Selected 100 cases of chronic gastritis patients our hospital received in 2007. Averagely divided into control group and treatment group,the 50 cases in control group with standard triple therapy,the others in treatment group with triple combined with Jiawei Zuojin Aucklandia and Coptis decoction treatment. Comparatively analyzed of the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups,and observed the recurrences. Results There were no statistically significant differences compared the two group with Helicobacter pylori eradication rates and curative effects. The improveing symptoms and the recurrence rates in the two groups were significant differences. Conclusion The combined treatment of gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection with Chinese and Western way has better effect,less clinical using time,lower recurrence rate,and obvious advantage in clinic.
