目的：探析右美托咪定辅助椎管内麻醉的镇静效果。方法选择我院于2013年10月～2014年3月间收治的接受椎管内麻醉手术的患者110例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各55例，两组患者接受麻醉后，对照组以0.5μg/kg剂量行4μg/ml的生理盐水静脉泵注，观察组以0.5μg/kg剂量行4μg/ml的右美托咪定静脉泵注，并将其剂量随后维持在0.1～0.3μg/kg的水平。对比分析两组患者的椎管内麻醉镇静效果。结果观察组患者的平均动脉压（MAP）明显提高，与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经Ramsay镇静评分，观察组患者用药后镇静效果较对照组好，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论右美托咪定辅助椎管内麻醉，镇静效果较好，能帮助患者维持在较为理想的镇静状态。
목적：탐석우미탁미정보조추관내마취적진정효과。방법선택아원우2013년10월～2014년3월간수치적접수추관내마취수술적환자110례，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조각55례，량조환자접수마취후，대조조이0.5μg/kg제량행4μg/ml적생리염수정맥빙주，관찰조이0.5μg/kg제량행4μg/ml적우미탁미정정맥빙주，병장기제량수후유지재0.1～0.3μg/kg적수평。대비분석량조환자적추관내마취진정효과。결과관찰조환자적평균동맥압（MAP）명현제고，여대조조상비，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；경Ramsay진정평분，관찰조환자용약후진정효과교대조조호，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론우미탁미정보조추관내마취，진정효과교호，능방조환자유지재교위이상적진정상태。
Objective To probe into the sedation effects of dexmedetomidine assisted intraspinal anesthesia. Methods Selected 110 patients in our hospital who underwent with intraspinal anesthesia operation,the two groups of patients after anesthesia,intravenous infusion of saline control group at the dose of 0.5 μg/kg for 4 μg/ml,the observation group at the dose of 0.5 μg/kg for 4 μg/ml intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine. Results The mean arterial pressure in patients with the observation group(MAP)increased significantly(P<0.05),the sedative effect of patients in the observation group after treatment compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The sedation effect of Dexmedetomidine intravertebral anesthesia is good,it can help patients remain relatively ideal sedation.
