探讨了蜂蜜中微量铁2种测定方法。在最佳条件下采用邻二氮菲分光法测定蜂蜜试样;为保证检测结果质量,采用火焰原子吸收法对其结果进行重复检测。结果表明:采用邻二氮菲分光法和火焰原子吸收法测出某市售蜂蜜试样中铁含量分别为2.49、2.52μg/g,两者校准曲线相关性均较好,检出限分别为0.006 mg/L和0.01 mg/L,精密度RSD为0.79%和1.80%,加标回收率均在96.8%~102.7%,2种方法的测定结果无显著性差异(t=0.617,P<0.05)。

The trace iron concentration in honey has been determined by phenanthroline spectrophotometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry for quality reliability assurance. The results of two methods showed that the iron contents in honey samples were 2.49μg/g and 2.52μg/g, the correlation of calibration curve were both preferably, the detection limits were 0.006 mg/L and 0.01 mg/L, the precision RSDs were 0.79%and 1.80%, and the standardized recovery rates were 96.8%~102.7%. The results of these two methods had no significant difference by t-test (t=0. 617, P<0.05).
