目的：探讨早期应用尼莫地平治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取闻喜县薛店镇卫生院2011年2月—2013年7月收治的156例脑卒中后抑郁症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组78例。对照组采用常规神经内科治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上早期应用尼莫地平治疗，疗程为4周。治疗结束后，比较两组患者的抗抑郁效果、日常生活能力（ADL）评分以及神经功能改善情况。结果观察组患者的抗抑郁总有效率、ADL 评分以及神经功能治疗总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论早期应用尼莫地平治疗脑卒中后抑郁症可较快改善患者缺损的神经功能，改善抑郁症状，提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nimodipine in the treatment of post - stroke depression in early stage. Methods In Xuedian Health Center of Wenxi County from February 2011 to July 2013 156 post - stroke depression pait-ients were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,78 cases in each group. Control group were treated with conventional medical treatment,observation group were treated with early application of nimodipine treat-ment on the basis of control group,both groups treated for four weeks. After treatment,antidepressant effect,activities of daily living(ADL)scores and neurological function between the two groups were compared. Results Antidepressant total effective rate,ADL scores and neurological function total effective rate of observation group were higher than control group,the differ-ences wre statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nimodipine can quickly improve neurological defects,improve de-pressive symptomsin the treatment of post - stroke depression in early stage.
