目的：探究阴虚型十二指肠溃疡采用益胃汤合乌贝散进行治疗的临床效果，并进行分析探讨。方法随机选取2013年11月～2014年11月在我院进行治疗的十二指肠溃疡患者120例，经过诊断这些患者所患的十二指肠溃从中医的角度上看均属于阴虚型十二指肠溃疡，将其随机分为实验组和常规组，每组由患者60例，实验组患者给予益胃汤合乌贝散进行治疗，常规组患者给予法莫替丁进行治疗，治疗60天后，对比两组患者临床疗效的差异性，并进行分析。结果实验组患者的总有效率为95.0％，常规组患者的总有效率为71.7％，两组患者总有效率间的差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论益胃汤合乌贝散作为一种中药制剂，对于阴虚型十二指肠溃疡的治疗在临床试验中表现出较好的疗效，而且临床上副作用较小，药性温和。
목적：탐구음허형십이지장궤양채용익위탕합오패산진행치료적림상효과，병진행분석탐토。방법수궤선취2013년11월～2014년11월재아원진행치료적십이지장궤양환자120례，경과진단저사환자소환적십이지장궤종중의적각도상간균속우음허형십이지장궤양，장기수궤분위실험조화상규조，매조유환자60례，실험조환자급여익위탕합오패산진행치료，상규조환자급여법막체정진행치료，치료60천후，대비량조환자림상료효적차이성，병진행분석。결과실험조환자적총유효솔위95.0％，상규조환자적총유효솔위71.7％，량조환자총유효솔간적차이구유통계학의의，P<0.05。결론익위탕합오패산작위일충중약제제，대우음허형십이지장궤양적치료재림상시험중표현출교호적료효，이차림상상부작용교소，약성온화。
Objective To explore clinical effect of yin deficiency type on duodenal ulcer by Yiwei Decoction combined with Wubeisan treatment. Methods Randomly selected 120 patients with duodenal ulcer patients treated from November 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital. These patients with duodenal ulcer belong to yin deficiency type from the Chinese point of view. These patients were randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group,each group consisting of 60 patients. The patients received Yiwei Decoction combined Wubeisan treatment in the experimental group. The routine group were treated with famotidine treatment. Treating 60 days,the differences were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95%in in the experimental group. The total effective rate was 71.7%,with statistical y significant difference in total effective rate between two groups,P<0.05. Conclusion As a Traditional Chinese Medicine preparation for the treatment of yin deficiency type duodenal ulcer, Yiwei Decoction combined with Wubeisan treatment showed better efficacy in clinical trials. The clinical side effect is mild.
