目的:探讨大剂量红霉素治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月于贵港市妇幼保健院就诊的喂养不耐受早产儿54例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各27例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用大剂量红霉素治疗。观察两组肠内热卡达标(即达到50kcal·kg -1·d -1)时间、住院时间、全胃肠外营养(TPN)时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组肠内热卡达标时间、住院时间及 TPN 时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论大剂量红霉素治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效显著,能改善早产儿胃肠动力,缩短住院时间,且并发症少。

목적:탐토대제량홍매소치료조산인위양불내수적료효。방법선취2013년1월—2014년1월우귀항시부유보건원취진적위양불내수조산인54례,수궤분위관찰조여대조조,각27례。대조조여이상규치료,관찰조재대조조기출상가용대제량홍매소치료。관찰량조장내열잡체표(즉체도50kcal·kg -1·d -1)시간、주원시간、전위장외영양(TPN)시간급병발증발생정황。결과관찰조장내열잡체표시간、주원시간급 TPN 시간단우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05);량조병발증발생솔비교,차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론대제량홍매소치료조산인위양불내수적료효현저,능개선조산인위장동력,축단주원시간,차병발증소。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of large dose of erythromycin in treatment of prematures with feeding intolerance. Methods A total of 54 prematures with feeding intolerance were selected in Guigang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 27 cases. Control group were treated with conventional treatment,observation group were treated with large dose of e-rythromycin on the basis of control group. Intestinal calorie reach to standard(50kcal·kg - 1 ·d - 1 )time,hospitalization time, total parenteral nutrition(TPN)time and complication of the two groups were observed. Results Intestinal calorie reach to standard time,hospitalization time and TPN time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P < 0. 05);complication rate showed no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion Large dose of erythromy-cin has notable curative effect in the treatment of prematures with feeding intolerance,can improve gastrointestinal motility, shorten the hospitalization time,has less complications.
