目的：研究分析糖尿病性心脏病患者接受中医治疗的临床效果。方法2012～2013年我院接收了78例糖尿病性心脏病患者，将这些患者进行了随机分组。对照组患者使用西医综合治疗，实验组患者接受中医治疗。对比分析两组患者的两组在心率（HR）、左室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）和左室射血分数（LVEF），评价中医治疗效果。结果实验组患者经过治疗后，其HR、LVEDd低于对照组，LVEF有所上升， P<0.05。两组患者的不良反应无统计学差异性，P>0.05。结论中医治疗糖尿病性心脏病的临床效果比较有效，对患者的心脏功能起到了良好的改善效果，并不会增加不良反应发生率，促进预后效果提升。
목적：연구분석당뇨병성심장병환자접수중의치료적림상효과。방법2012～2013년아원접수료78례당뇨병성심장병환자，장저사환자진행료수궤분조。대조조환자사용서의종합치료，실험조환자접수중의치료。대비분석량조환자적량조재심솔（HR）、좌실서장말기내경（LVEDd）화좌실사혈분수（LVEF），평개중의치료효과。결과실험조환자경과치료후，기HR、LVEDd저우대조조，LVEF유소상승， P<0.05。량조환자적불량반응무통계학차이성，P>0.05。결론중의치료당뇨병성심장병적림상효과비교유효，대환자적심장공능기도료량호적개선효과，병불회증가불량반응발생솔，촉진예후효과제승。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on patients with diabetic heart disease. Methods 78 diabetic patients with heart disease were grouped randomly from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine treatment, the patients in the experimental group were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine. In contrast of heart rate(HR),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)between 2 group. Results Compared to the control group,the HR and LVEDd were lower than in the experimental. LVEF increased in the experimental(P<0.05). Adverse reactions of the two groups of patients had no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine havethe good clinical effect on diabetic heart disease. It can improve cardiac function of patients and have not adverse reaction probability increasing. It can improve the prognosis.
