多糖(polysaccharide)是一类由多个相同或不同类型单糖缩合而成的高分子碳水化合物,富含功能性多糖的饮料具有调节免疫、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等益生作用。本文总结了最近20年功能性多糖饮料的研究进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
多糖(polysaccharide)是一類由多箇相同或不同類型單糖縮閤而成的高分子碳水化閤物,富含功能性多糖的飲料具有調節免疫、抗氧化、抗腫瘤等益生作用。本文總結瞭最近20年功能性多糖飲料的研究進展,併對其髮展趨勢進行瞭展望。

Polysaccharide is a type of high-molecular carbohydrate composed of single or several different monosaccharide(s). Beverages rich in functional polysaccharide with claimed health-promoting benefits such as immune regulation, anti-oxidation and anti-tumor are popular in the market. In this article, the progress in the research and development of functional polysaccharide beverage in last 2 decades was reviewed and the future perspective is also predicted.
