近年来，耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）感染问题日益严重，因其耐药性高、病死率高已成为医院感染的重要致病菌。本文旨在对目前临床上各种抗 MRSA 治疗药物的作用机制、药动学特点以及不良反应进行分析比较，为临床治疗药物选择提供参考。

In recent years,methicillin - resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)infection become more and more serious,because of its high resistance and high mortality,MRSA is the major pathogen of nosocomial infection. This article ana-lyzed the mechanism,pharmacokinetic characteristis and adverse reactions of the drugs for MRSA infection,to provide refer-ences for the treatment of clinical medicine.
