目的：研究探讨预防宫缩乏力致产后出血的临床护理效果。方法随机选择我院2012年3月～2014年3月收治的因宫缩乏力导致产后出血患者60例为研究对象。针对所有患者实施相应的护理措施。结果护理结果显示，所有患者产后出血经快速有效止血护理措施后，均抢救成功，无一例患者实行子宫切除止血，无一例患者出现大出血死亡。结论在产妇分娩的过程中，针对宫缩乏力导致的产后出血患者，应当实行有效的护理措施，这样不仅有助于降低出血子宫切除率，还能够促进患者快速的康复，提高产妇生活质量。
목적：연구탐토예방궁축핍력치산후출혈적림상호리효과。방법수궤선택아원2012년3월～2014년3월수치적인궁축핍력도치산후출혈환자60례위연구대상。침대소유환자실시상응적호리조시。결과호리결과현시，소유환자산후출혈경쾌속유효지혈호리조시후，균창구성공，무일례환자실행자궁절제지혈，무일례환자출현대출혈사망。결론재산부분면적과정중，침대궁축핍력도치적산후출혈환자，응당실행유효적호리조시，저양불부유조우강저출혈자궁절제솔，환능구촉진환자쾌속적강복，제고산부생활질량。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony. Methods Selected 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony randomly in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 as the research objects. Implementation of the corresponding nursing measures for al patients. Results The results showed that al patients care,postpartum hemorrhage by rapid and effective hemostasis nursing measures,all of the patients were rescued successfully,and no patients with the implementation of hysterectomy bleeding, there were no cases of bleeding to death. Conclusion During childbirth,for patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage caused,shall adopt effective nursing measures,so that not only help to reduce the bleeding rate of hysterectomy,can also promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients,improve their quality of life.
