目的：探讨骨科手术患者疼痛原因，为患者提供相关的护理服务，改进护理质量。方法2013～2014年我院共接收了100例骨科术后疼痛患者，将其分成了对照组和研究组两组，均有50例。对患者的术后疼痛原因进行总结，比较不同护理方式的护理效果。结果全部患者接受护理后，其疼痛和满意度有差异性，研究组有26例0级疼痛患者，比例是52%，满意度是100%，对照组有15例0级疼痛患者，比例是30%，护理满意度是74%。两组患者的疼痛改善情况和护理满意度有差异性，P<0.05。结论骨科手术患者术后的疼痛受到多方面因素的影响，根据患者术后疼痛情况来进行护理措施制定，缓解痛苦，可以改善患者的护理满意度。
목적：탐토골과수술환자동통원인，위환자제공상관적호리복무，개진호리질량。방법2013～2014년아원공접수료100례골과술후동통환자，장기분성료대조조화연구조량조，균유50례。대환자적술후동통원인진행총결，비교불동호리방식적호리효과。결과전부환자접수호리후，기동통화만의도유차이성，연구조유26례0급동통환자，비례시52%，만의도시100%，대조조유15례0급동통환자，비례시30%，호리만의도시74%。량조환자적동통개선정황화호리만의도유차이성，P<0.05。결론골과수술환자술후적동통수도다방면인소적영향，근거환자술후동통정황래진행호리조시제정，완해통고，가이개선환자적호리만의도。
Objective To investigate pain causes of orthopedics patients,provide the related nursing services for patients,improve the quality of nursing. Methods 100 cases of patients with pain after orthopedics operation from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital were received,who were divided into the control group and the study group,50 patients in each group. The pain reasons after operation were summarized. Compared the nursing effect of different nursing mode. Results Al patients received care,there were differences in pain and satisfaction,there were 26 cases of grade 0 pain patients in study group,the ratio was 52%,the degree of satisfaction was 100%,the control group had 15 cases in grade 0 pain patients,the ratio was 30%, nursing satisfaction was 74%. There were differences and nursing satisfaction improved in two groups of patients with pain,P<0.05. Conclusion Surgery patients with pain in the department of orthopedics after the operation is affected by many factors,according to the condition of pain in patients with postoperative nursing measures to develop,to ease the pain,can improve the patients' satisfaction of nursing care.
