目的：探讨重视ICU患者家属宣教对提高视频探视依从性及满意度的影响。方法选取2013年3～9月60例入住ICU患者家属作为对照组，2013年10月至2014年3月60例入住ICU患者家属作为观察组。观察组利用每日探视时间，由探视管理小组人员对其进行系统、全面、详细地告知与交流，对照组采用入室宣教、探视时由放视频人员引导探视，家属有疑问找医生沟通等。比较两组对视频探视依从性、病人3d内周转率、询问病情频率及探视满意度。结果观察组探视依从性、满意度明显高于对照组，病人3 d内周转率、询问病情频率则明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论 ICU对患者家属实施系统、全面、详细的宣教可以显著提高视频探视依从性、降低3d内周转率、明显减少家属频繁的询问接待，利于医护人员把更多的时间还给病人，提高满意度。
목적：탐토중시ICU환자가속선교대제고시빈탐시의종성급만의도적영향。방법선취2013년3～9월60례입주ICU환자가속작위대조조，2013년10월지2014년3월60례입주ICU환자가속작위관찰조。관찰조이용매일탐시시간，유탐시관리소조인원대기진행계통、전면、상세지고지여교류，대조조채용입실선교、탐시시유방시빈인원인도탐시，가속유의문조의생구통등。비교량조대시빈탐시의종성、병인3d내주전솔、순문병정빈솔급탐시만의도。결과관찰조탐시의종성、만의도명현고우대조조，병인3 d내주전솔、순문병정빈솔칙명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론 ICU대환자가속실시계통、전면、상세적선교가이현저제고시빈탐시의종성、강저3d내주전솔、명현감소가속빈번적순문접대，리우의호인원파경다적시간환급병인，제고만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of families of education on families of ICU patients on the video visitation compliance and satisfaction.Methods From March 2013 to September 60 cases of families of ICU patients as control group , October 2013 to March 2014 60 cases of family members of patients as the observation group .In the observation group , at the time of daily visiting hours management team informed and communicated with the families comprehensively and detailedly .In control group using entering room education , guided visits by the staff to put the video when visiting family members and seeking medical communication etc .Video visitation compliance , patient turnover within three days , asking illness frequency and satisfaction for video were compared between two groups .Results Visitation compli-ance, satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , turnround rate within 3 days, asking the illness fre-quency were obviously lower than those in the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The im-plementation of the systematic , comprehensive and detailed educaiton for the families of ICU patients can significantly improve the video visit -ation compliance , reduce turnover rate within 3 days, significantly reduce their families frequently reception for asking , which will help medi-cal staff to spend more time back to the patient , improve satisfaction.
