目的：探讨护理行为干预对患者输液工具选择的影响。方法选择使用钢针为输液工具的住院患者48例，随机分为干预组和对照组各24例，对照组采用常规询问、自愿选择输液工具的方式，干预组通过调查分析患者选择头皮钢针的原因，针对性地对患者实施护理行为干预。观察护理行为干预对患者选择静脉输液工具的影响。结果与对照组比较，大部分干预组的患者选用静脉留置针作为输液工具，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论护士的行为干预对患者选择输液工具有很大的影响。

Objective To study the effect of nursing behavior intervention for patients with transfusion tool selection .Methods Selected 48 inpatients using needle for infusion tool to divide into intervention group and control group , the control group took the way of rou-tine inquiries , voluntary choice infusion tools , and the intervention group through the investigation and analysis of patient selection causes of scalp needle , targeted the implementation of behavioral intervention for patients .The effect of nursing behavior intervention for patients with venous transfusion tool selection was observed .Results Compared with control group , most of intervention group patients chose venous in-dwelling needle as a transfusion tool , P<0.05.Conclusions The behavior intervention of nurses has a great influence on patients selection for infusion tool.
