目的：研究两种不同的换药方法在严重2型糖尿病患者足部溃疡创面的护理中的应用及效果。方法选取2012年1月至2014年4月在本院进行换药的2型糖尿病足溃疡患者80例为研究对象，根据不同的换药方法随机分成利用胰岛素混合液持续湿敷的观察组和利用常规换药方法的对照组各40例患者，将两组的疗效及溃疡的愈合时间作对比。结果观察组的有效率高达90．0％，显著高于对照组；观察组患者足部溃疡愈合时间也明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论对于糖尿病足溃疡的治疗，两种方法都取得了相当好的疗效，在常规的基础上增加胰岛素混合液持续湿敷，既能把治疗效果提高，又能把溃疡愈合时间缩短，值得在临床上推广。

Objective To study the different effects of two kinds of methods of changing the medicine for foot ulcer wound in pa -tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods From January 2012 to April 2014 , 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different kinds of the methods of changing the medi -cine.Each group had 40 cases.insulin mixture constantly hydropathic compress was used in the observation group and the control group re -ceived the routine method .Curative effects and the ulcer healing time of two groups were compared .Results Efficient rate of observation group was as much as 90.0%, significantly higher than that of control group;The patients of observation group whose foot ulcer healing time was obviously shorter than that of the control group , the difference had statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions For the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer , two methods have achieved very good curative effects , on the basis of regular treatment , increased insulin mixture con-stantly hydropathic compress not only can improve treatment effect but also shorten ulcer healing time .It is worth promoting in clinic .
