Treatment of discoid meniscus%Arthroscopy%Knee joint
目的:研究分析使用关节镜手术来进行盘状半月板损伤治疗,对其治疗效果进行观察分析。方法2010~2011年我院共接收了54例膝关节外侧盘状半月板损伤患者,共有患膝60个,术前为患者进行了MR检查和关节镜检查,确定手术治疗方案。术后为患者进行早期功能锻炼,为患者进行了Ikeuchi膝关节判定标准判定和膝关节Lys holm判定标准判定。结果患者术后恢复情况比较好,无严重并发症产生。术后两周就能够正常的运动,患者经治疗一个月,其临床有效率是88.3%,3个月的有效率是93.3%,1年后的有效率是95%,2年的有效率是98.3%。患者术后膝关节评分比术前优秀。结论盘状半月板损伤患者接受关节镜手术,对膝关节功能恢复具有很大的帮助,受到的创伤小,半月板功能得以保留。

목적:연구분석사용관절경수술래진행반상반월판손상치료,대기치료효과진행관찰분석。방법2010~2011년아원공접수료54례슬관절외측반상반월판손상환자,공유환슬60개,술전위환자진행료MR검사화관절경검사,학정수술치료방안。술후위환자진행조기공능단련,위환자진행료Ikeuchi슬관절판정표준판정화슬관절Lys holm판정표준판정。결과환자술후회복정황비교호,무엄중병발증산생。술후량주취능구정상적운동,환자경치료일개월,기림상유효솔시88.3%,3개월적유효솔시93.3%,1년후적유효솔시95%,2년적유효솔시98.3%。환자술후슬관절평분비술전우수。결론반상반월판손상환자접수관절경수술,대슬관절공능회복구유흔대적방조,수도적창상소,반월판공능득이보류。
Objective To study and analyze of the using of arthroscopic operation to treatment of discoid meniscus injury,and to observe its therapeutic effect. Methods 54 patients with knee lateral discoid meniscus injury were accepted in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 year,they had a total of 60 preoperative knee. They were examined by MR and arthroscopy for determine the treatment before operation. Postoperative patients were given early functional exercise of knee joint,Ikeuchi criteria and Lys knee joint Holm criteria. Results These patients could move normal y after operation two weeks. The clinical efficiency after one month of treatment was 88.3 %,it after 3 months was 93.3 %,after one year it was 95 %,and two years it was 98.3 %. Conclusion The patients with discoid meniscus injury who received arthroscopic operation have the good help for the recovery of knee joint function, the smal trauma,preserved meniscal function,and high value of clinical application.
