目的:了解缸染法抗酸染色抵抗污染的能力。方法:每日临床标本直接涂片2份,实验组以单片浸入混合染色,常规工作组以单片分置染色,必要时再辅以1~2片分置染色进行复核。结果:实验组未发现污染情况,其镜检结果与常规工作组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:缸染法抗酸染色具有可行性,检出者酌情复核即可。
目的:瞭解缸染法抗痠染色牴抗汙染的能力。方法:每日臨床標本直接塗片2份,實驗組以單片浸入混閤染色,常規工作組以單片分置染色,必要時再輔以1~2片分置染色進行複覈。結果:實驗組未髮現汙染情況,其鏡檢結果與常規工作組間無顯著性差異(P>0.05)。結論:缸染法抗痠染色具有可行性,檢齣者酌情複覈即可。
목적:료해항염법항산염색저항오염적능력。방법:매일림상표본직접도편2빈,실험조이단편침입혼합염색,상규공작조이단편분치염색,필요시재보이1~2편분치염색진행복핵。결과:실험조미발현오염정황,기경검결과여상규공작조간무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론:항염법항산염색구유가행성,검출자작정복핵즉가。
Objective: To investigate the resistance ability of contamination with an immersion method of acid-fast staining. Methods: Every of daily clinical samples were made 2 smears, experimental group with the immersion method single-slide mixed staining,conventional working group with single-slide split staining,when necessary,supplemented with 1~2 slide (s) splitting staining to review. Results: The experimental group found no contamination, and the two groups were no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Acid-fast staining by an immersion method is practicable, detected staining can be checked as appropriate.
