随着社会和经济的快速发展，近年来“信任危机”这个词开始在社会上广为流传，信任危机主要表示社会人际关系之间产生不信任、不诚实甚至欺骗等问题，从而导致人与人之间，人与社会正常交往受到严重阻碍。大学生作为介于幼稚与成熟之间的社会特殊群体，在高校阶段开始脱离中学时期相对单纯的人际关系，逐步与社会复杂人际交往接轨，与此同时，在人际交往中常出现的信任危机也慢慢在大学生群体当中渗透。本文就大学生群体信任危机的各类表现及根源进行简要分析，并从社会，家庭，学生自身特别是高校层面，归纳缓解大学生信任危机的有效途径。

With the rapid development of society and economy, in recent years, the"trust crisis"began to spread in society."Trust crisis"behave mistrust, dishonesty and cheating would cause serious impediments to communication between people. As a special group of community between the immature and mature, students in college begin to break away from relatively simple relationships during high school, and then are exposed to the social complexity of interpersonal relationships step by step. Mean-while, trust crisis that often occur in the relationship slowly penetrate among the college students.In this paper, the various behave and causes of the crisis of confidence of college students were analyzed. And some effective ways to ease college student trust crisis were proposed from the aspects of society, families, students themselves, and especially college level.
