本文以18所民办高校为研究对象，采用电话访谈、文献查询、网上搜集等方法，统计了民办高校教师队伍建设基本现状，并加以分析。结果发现：民办高校教师队伍不稳定问题极为突出，甚至影响到正常的教学秩序。创新点在于建议制定稳定教师队伍的心理评估与指导方案。相信这些研究对民办高校教师队伍建设有着积极的意义。

In this paper, with 18 private universities as the research object. Methods:by telephone interview, literature se-arch, online collection . Statistics of the basic situation of the construction of the contingent of teachers in private colleges and universities, and analyzes about it. Results:the contingent of teachers in private universities instability problem is very prominent, and even affect the normal teaching order. Lies in the psychological assessment and guidance scheme proposed to develop stable teacher troop innovation. We believe that these studies is of positive significance to the construction of the contingent of teachers in private colleges.
