目的：了解2型糖尿病患者合并症情况并探讨其对糖尿病患者生命质量的影响。方法：采用自设调查问卷和健康测量量表SF-36对2012-2013年在门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者和健康人群进行调查。结果：2型糖尿病患者合并症的发生率由高到低依次为周围血管病变、高血压和血脂紊乱；男性患者脂肪肝和中风的发生率均高于女性，而女性患者高尿酸血症的发生率高于男性（P<0.05）；2型糖尿病患者的生命质量显著低于健康人群。结论：政府相关部门应加强对2型糖尿病的防治，加强健康教育，提高糖尿病患者的生命质量。
목적：료해2형당뇨병환자합병증정황병탐토기대당뇨병환자생명질량적영향。방법：채용자설조사문권화건강측량량표SF-36대2012-2013년재문진취진적2형당뇨병환자화건강인군진행조사。결과：2형당뇨병환자합병증적발생솔유고도저의차위주위혈관병변、고혈압화혈지문란；남성환자지방간화중풍적발생솔균고우녀성，이녀성환자고뇨산혈증적발생솔고우남성（P<0.05）；2형당뇨병환자적생명질량현저저우건강인군。결론：정부상관부문응가강대2형당뇨병적방치，가강건강교육，제고당뇨병환자적생명질량。
Objective: To exam the association between complications and quality of life among patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A study was conducted in the hospitals from 2012 to 2013. Patients evaluated their health status using SF-36. Results: The incidence of varies complications in T2DM patients form high to low were peripheral vascular disease, hypertension and dyslipidemia. The incidence of fatty liver and apoplexy of diabetes were higher in male patients than female patients; however, the incidence of hyperuricemia of male diabetes was lower than female patients (P<0.05). The quality of life among patients with type 2 diabetes were significantly lower than health people (P<0.05). Conclusion: Relevant government departments should strengthen the prevention and clinic treatment of type 2 diabetes, strengthen health education and improve the quality of life of diabetes patients.
