在课程改革过程中,有两个现实问题值得深思,一是教师有意识地使自己的课堂教学符合新课改的理念要求,但为什么陷入形式化、碎片化、情绪化的泥沼而不自知?二是在本应开诚布公的座谈会上,教师为什么对于课堂上所存在的问题视而不见并一味称颂?这与教师参与课程改革内生动力的缺失有关。究其原因,主要有全社会氤氲着一种不合理的教师观、教师心怀“恐惧”地参与课程改革。要改变这一状况,需要重视教师内生动力的培育,以生命的视角来认识教师,以“和而不同”的方法论来推进课程改革,以专业发展为目的来构建教师成长共同体。

In the curriculum reform , there are two questions worth pondering: First, teachers consciously make their classroom teaching conform to the concept of the new curriculum requirements , but why was it caught in formalized , fragmental , and emotional morass without being realized?Second , why do teachers blindly praise col-leagues and ignore the problems in their classroom teaching in a candid forum?This is related to the lack of endog-enous power in the curriculum reform .The reasons are that there exists a kind of unreasonable concept of teachers in the society , and teachers participate in curriculum reform with “fear”.To change this situation , we need to fo-cus on cultivating teachers ’ endogenous power , being acquaint with teachers from perspective of life , advancing the curriculum reform with methodology of “harmony in diversity”, and constructing teachers ’ development com-munity with the purposes of professional development .
