通过在发酵罐中液体发酵产漆酶，在发酵罐中筛选黄孢原毛平革菌液体发酵产漆酶的最佳条件.试验选取已优化的白腐真菌液态发酵培养基进行培养，在发酵罐中进行单因素和多因素正交试验，对其在发酵罐中发酵产酶条件进行优化.选取的白腐真菌黄孢子原毛平革菌的最佳发酵生产条件为：温度28℃、转速300 r/min、通气量5 L/min(通气比1.0 vvm)、pH 值5、接种量为15%.在此条件下最高产酶水平可达14.86 U/mL.

The optimum fermentation condition of Phanerochaete chrysosporium produced Laccase was determined by fermentation tank in liquid medium.The researches were conducted by single and multi-fac-tor orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum fermentation condition was reached by temperature at 28 ℃,rotational speed at 300 r/min,ventilation 5 L/min (ventilation than 1.0 VVM),pH 5,with 15% inoculated quantity.Under this condition,the most prolific enzyme levels reached 14.86 U/mL.
