在新形势、新情况下，思想政治工作成为动员人民群众走中国特色社会主义道路，实现全面建设小康社会的重要手段。我们党是用工会来联系职工群众的，对于充分调动广大职工的积极性，全面建设小康社会，实现中国梦有着十分重要的作用与意义。本文针对当前县级工会思想政治工作实践，做出了一定的思考。

In the new situation, ideological and political work to mobilize the masses to become the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important means of building a moderately prosperous society. We are the party with the union to contact the masses of workers, for the workers to fully mobilize the enthusiasm to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and realize the Chinese dream has a very important role and significance. According to the working characteristics of the county unions, the paper made some thinking.
