目的:探究米糠中谷维素的超临界CO2萃取工艺。方法以单因素实验为基础,设计正交实验考察最佳提取工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为萃取压力30 M Pa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间100 min、CO2流量1.75 L · min-1,在此条件下谷维素的回收率可达到73.34%。结论优选方案稳定、可靠。

Objective To investigate and optimize the supercritical CO2 extraction process of γ‐oryzanols from rice bran .Methods The optimal extraction process based on the single factor experiment was explored further by orthogonal tests .Results The opti‐mized extraction conditions were as follows :pressure 30 MPa ,temperature 50 ℃ ,time 100 min ,and flow of CO2 1 .75 L · min-1 . Under the optimal extraction conditions ,the recovery rate of γ‐oryzanols can reach up to 73 .34% .Conclusion The optimal condi‐tions are stable and reliable .
