目的:探讨红景天酪醇对老年大鼠心肌缺血缺氧型冠心病的作用。方法取30只老年大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组与给药组,每组10只,采用高脂饮食联合用药的方法,正常对照组喂养基础饲料,模型组与给药组喂养高脂饲料,连续5 w。腹腔注射4%异丙肾上腺素(Iso)5 ml/kg,在通过装有钠石灰缺氧再给氧的装置制造大鼠心肌缺血缺氧冠心病模型,红景天酪醇灌胃给药1 h后,记录心功能,检测血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)及心肌髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果给药组心电图变化较模型组明显改善,LDH 和CK 水平明显下降,心肌MPO和MDA含量明显降低(均P<0.05)。结论红景天酪醇对老年大鼠心肌缺血缺氧损伤有保护作用。

목적:탐토홍경천락순대노년대서심기결혈결양형관심병적작용。방법취30지노년대서수궤분위정상대조조、모형조여급약조,매조10지,채용고지음식연합용약적방법,정상대조조위양기출사료,모형조여급약조위양고지사료,련속5 w。복강주사4%이병신상선소(Iso)5 ml/kg,재통과장유납석회결양재급양적장치제조대서심기결혈결양관심병모형,홍경천락순관위급약1 h후,기록심공능,검측혈청유산탈경매(LDH)화기산린산격매(CK)급심기수과양화물매(MPO)화병이철(MDA)함량。결과급약조심전도변화교모형조명현개선,LDH 화CK 수평명현하강,심기MPO화MDA함량명현강저(균P<0.05)。결론홍경천락순대노년대서심기결혈결양손상유보호작용。
Objective To discuss the effect of rhodiola tyrosol on myocardial ischemic anoxic type of coronary heart disease of elder -ly rats.Methods 30 elderly rats (20 months) were randomly divided into three groups, each group of 10 rats.The high fat diet combination method was used to feed model and drug groups for 5 weeks.Intraperitoneal injection of 4%isopropyl adrenaline .The levels of serum lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) , creatine phosphokinase ( CK) , myeloperoxidase myocardial ( MPO) and malondialdehyde ( MDA) content were de-tected after rhodiola rosea tyrosol lavage 1 h.Results Compared with those of model group , electrocardiogram ( ecg) changes in drug group were obviously improved, the levels of LDH and CK were significantly decreased (P<0.05), the contents of MPO and MDA were significant-ly lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Rhodiola rosea tyrosol on senile rat myocardial ischemia anoxic injury has a protective effect .
