目的：建立杜麻颗粒中香豆酸、绿原酸、金丝桃苷、异槲皮素、香豆素5种成分一测多评的含量测定方法。方法以绿原酸为指标，建立该成分与香豆酸、金丝桃苷、异槲皮素、香豆素的相对校正因子，通过相对校正因子计算各成分的质量浓度，同时对10批杜麻颗粒一测多评计算值与外标法实测值进行比较。结果建立了杜麻颗粒中5种成分一测多评法的含量测定方法，10批样品中各成分计算值与实测值之间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论同时测定杜麻颗粒中5种成分的一测多评法方法可靠，结果准确，可用于控制杜麻颗粒的质量。

Objective To establish a quantitative analysis method of multi‐components by single marker (QAMS) for determination of the components in Duma Granules ,a traditional Chinese medicine preparation .Methods Chlorogenic acid was selected as an index ,chlorogenic acid relative correction factors (RCF) of coumaric acid ,hyperin ,isoquercetin and coumarin were calculated under the chromatographic condition for determination of the five components in Duma Granules .The accuracy of the new method was evaluated by comparing the calculated contents with the contents which were determined by external reference method . Results The analysis method was established and it has no significant difference between the calculated contents and the contents which were determined by external reference method in 10 batches of samples .Conclusion The QAMS method is feasible and accurate to evaluate the contents of the 5 constituents in Duma Granules .
