国家司法考试的推行给我国的法学教育既带来了冲击，又提供了改革的机遇，为法学教育提供了新的发展契机。本课题从法学专业核心课程——“民法学”为视角，探索平衡两者的教学模式，实现司法考试与法学教育的良性互动，为其他法学专业课程的教学改革与创新积累经验，起到示范性作用。

The prevailing nationaljudicial examination brings to China's legal education with the opportunity for innovation as well as the impact on it, offers a new development opportunity for the education of the law. This topic from the legal science specialized core curriculum-"Science of civil law"the perspective, explore the teaching model of balancing the two, realize judicial examination and law education of the benign interaction, for other legal science specialized curriculum teaching re-form and innovation of accumulated experience, play a role model.
