工程型教师队伍建设是地方应用型本科院校可持续发展的根本。针对工程型教师队伍建设中面临的认定标准、工程能力培养和后续持续发展、待遇匹配等核心问题,结合我校工程型教师队伍建设的实践效果,提出了以学校孵化企业和引企业生产线进校园等培养工程化队伍的新机制,解决了工程型教师的培养、待遇匹配以及后续工程能力持续发展等主要问题。

Engineering construction of teachers is essential for sustainable development of local application-oriented colleges. For that standard Engineering team building facing engineering capacity-building and follow-up of sustainable development, treatment matching, and other core issues, combined with the practical effect of our school project type team building, proposed school incu-bator businesses and lead production line into schools and other training the new mechanism engineering team to solve the main problems the project teacher training, treatment and follow-up project to match the ability to continue development.
