目的:研究复方苦参注射液与帕米膦酸二钠联合使用于骨转移瘤疼痛治疗的疗效。方法将107例骨转移瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(n=54)采用复方苦参注射液和帕米膦酸二钠联合治疗,对照组(n=53)单用帕米膦酸二钠治疗;治疗2个周期后观察2组患者的止痛疗效、不良反应及血清碱性磷酸酶等变化。结果2组患者疼痛的缓解有效率(治疗组79.62%,对照组52.83%),血清碱性磷酸酶下降率(治疗组70.37%,对照组45.28%)比较,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛疗效肯定。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the Composite Matrine Injections combined with pamidronate disodium in the treatment of metastatic bone tumor .Methods A total of 107 patients with metastatic tumor of bone were randomly divided into the treatment and the control groups .The treatment group (n=54) were given the Composite Matrine Injections combined with pamidronate disodium and the control group (n=53) were given pamidronate disodium treatment alone .After 2 cycles of the treat‐ment ,analgesic efficacy ,adverse effects and changes of serum alkaline phosphatase were observed .Results With regard to pain re‐lief efficiency (treatment group 79 .62% ,control group 52 .83% ) ,and serum alkaline phosphatase decrease rate (treatment group 70 .37% ,control group 45 .28% ) ,a statistically significant difference was observed (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The Composite Ma‐trine Injections combined with pamidronate disodium in the treatment of metastatic bone tumor is more satisfactory than pamidr‐onate disodium alone .
