文章从高职素质教育积分管理必要性入手，以导向性、可操作性、全覆盖性为设计原则，阐述了素质教育积分测评体系的构建、实施途径与形式、计量方法。进而对2011级、2012级两届学生从“素质课程建设、校园文化建设、学生社团建设、学生党团建设”及素质特长的积分管理途径进行了实践和探索，反映出学生在学风建设、精神文明建设、就业竞争能力方面都有较大的提高。高职院校素质教育积分管理为高职学生的教育与管理提供借鉴。

This paper through the necessity of integral management of higher vocational education to start, following the de-sign principles of guidance, operability and full coverage, expounding the construction, implementation way and form, me-asurement methods of quality education integration system. For the students of three grades:2011, 2012 and 2013, we did some practices and exploration from"the construction of quality course, campus culture, student organizations and student party"and the integral management of quality specialty. The result showed that the students in the study style construction, spiritual civilization construction, employment competition ability and student's sustainable development ability had strong increased. The quality integral management in vocational colleges provided reference for the management and education of higher vocational students.
