目的：总结近年来各学者在当归多糖结构领域的研究成果，以期对后期的研究提供借鉴。方法查阅以近10年来为主的相关文献，对其结构研究成果进行总结归纳。结果文献中对当归总多糖、中性多糖和酸性多糖的重均相对分子质量、单糖组成及其比例、单糖连接位点等结构信息都有不同程度的研究。结论文献中对当归总多糖和中性多糖的结构研究较为深入，但对当归酸性多糖的研究相对浅显。
목적：총결근년래각학자재당귀다당결구영역적연구성과，이기대후기적연구제공차감。방법사열이근10년래위주적상관문헌，대기결구연구성과진행총결귀납。결과문헌중대당귀총다당、중성다당화산성다당적중균상대분자질량、단당조성급기비례、단당련접위점등결구신식도유불동정도적연구。결논문헌중대당귀총다당화중성다당적결구연구교위심입，단대당귀산성다당적연구상대천현。
Objective To summarize the research results of polysaccharide structure from A ngelica sinensis ,and to provide reference for researchers .Methods Relative literatures reported within 10 years about the structure of polysaccharide from Angelicasinen‐sis were summarized .Results The average molecular weight ,monosaccharide composition and their molar ratio ,the sequence of glucopyranosyl residues of the total polysaccharides ,neutral and acidic polysaccharides were researched .Conclusion The studies on the total sugar and neutral polysaccharides were comprehensive ,but the structure of the acidic polysaccharide needs further study .
