目的：分析我院调脂药使用情况，为临床合理用药提供理论支持。方法对医院2011～2013年度常用调脂类药物的用药频度、销售金额等情况利用分析软件进行分析。结果用药频度及金额排序居前的是阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀，该院3年来他汀类降血脂药的销售金额、使用率呈逐年上升趋势，其中阿托伐他汀持续3年占他汀类降血脂药构成比的40％以上。结论他汀类药物占调脂治疗的主导地位，我院调血脂药物使用较平稳。
목적：분석아원조지약사용정황，위림상합리용약제공이론지지。방법대의원2011～2013년도상용조지류약물적용약빈도、소수금액등정황이용분석연건진행분석。결과용약빈도급금액배서거전적시아탁벌타정、신벌타정，해원3년래타정류강혈지약적소수금액、사용솔정축년상승추세，기중아탁벌타정지속3년점타정류강혈지약구성비적40％이상。결론타정류약물점조지치료적주도지위，아원조혈지약물사용교평은。
Objective To investigate the utilization of anti‐lipemic agents in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use .Method The use of anti‐lipemic agents in 2011‐2013 was analyzed and arranged in column order statistically in terms of drug varieties ,consumption and DDDs .Results Atorvastatin and simvastatin were located in the front row of the sequence of DDDs as well as amount of money .The consumption sum and the rate of patients using statins showed an upward trend ,with atorvastatin accounting for over 40% of all the statins anti‐lipemic agents used over the three consecutive years .Conclusion The statins are the dominant drugs in the treatment for hyperlipoidemia .The usage of blood lipid regulating drugs in our hospital was stable .
