为改善HRM专业就业质量,对海南省用人单位进行抽样调查,回收有效问卷256份。调查显示用人单位认为HRM专业学生在实践操作、灵活应变、沟通协作、抗压和抗挫等方面表现明显不足。在借鉴国际名校HRM专业课程设置的基础上,提出基于就业胜任力的HRM专业课程设置优化建议。

In order to improve the quality of employment HRM professional, Hainan Province, a sample survey of employ-ers, recovering 256 valid questionnaires. Survey shows that employers believe that HRM students in practical operation, flex-ibility, communication and collaboration, compression and other aspects of the performance of anti-frustration is clearly in-sufficient. On the basis of learning from international schools HRM Curriculum, proposed optimization recommendations based on the employment setting competency HRM professional courses.
