“顶岗实习”是我国职业教育中一种新的实习方式,2008年起,福州市中职学前教育专业开始实行顶岗实习,本文就中职学前教育专业顶岗实习的现状进行调研,认为影响顶岗实习成效的因素有思想认识、专业技能、职业理想、观察能力及指导监管等,并提出对策。

“정강실습”시아국직업교육중일충신적실습방식,2008년기,복주시중직학전교육전업개시실행정강실습,본문취중직학전교육전업정강실습적현상진행조연,인위영향정강실습성효적인소유사상인식、전업기능、직업이상、관찰능력급지도감관등,병제출대책。
"Internship"is China's vocational education in a new way to practice, since 2008, Fuzhou Vocational introduced pre-professional internships, conduct research article on the status of vocational pre-professional internships, and that the im-pact internships effectiveness factors have ideological understanding, professional skills, career aspirations, ability to observe and guide the supervision and propose countermeasures.
