如何对大学生进行有效的就业指导，帮助他们做好人生职业规划，已经成为高校甚至全社会都高度关注的课题，本文在对近年来的大学生就业指导课程开展情况进行梳理和总结的基础上，尝试就高校辅导员如何提高大学生的学业规划意识与培养大学生的就业能力进行了分析与探索。

How to carry out effective employment guidance to college students, help them make life occupation planning, has become a college and even the whole society have paid great attention to the subject, this paper combs and summarizes the basis of the development situation of the college students' Employment Guidance Course in recent years, the preliminary analysis and Discussion on how to improve college counselors try 6occupation career planning consciousness of college stu-dents and the cultivation of college students′employment capability aspects.
