‘Red globe’grape%brassinolide%SOD%POD%free proline
以6年生‘红地球’葡萄为试材,在葡萄幼果期、膨大期、转色期分别用0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 mg/L 的天然芸苔素(BR)进行全树喷施,研究 BR 对‘红地球’葡萄生理特性和品质的影响.结果表明:与清水对照相比,0.2 mg/L和0.4 mg/L 的 BR 处理均能显著提高葡萄叶片的 SOD、POD、CAT 活性,降低膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,其中0.4 mg/L 的 BR 处理还能明显增加葡萄叶片游离脯氨酸含量.与对照相比,除0.8 mg/L BR 处理外,其他浓度处理均显著增加葡萄叶片中叶绿素含量.0.2 mg/L 和0.4 mg/L 的 BR 处理,有利于提高红地球葡萄果穗质量、单果质量、可溶性固形物含量及总酚含量,降低可滴定酸含量,0.8 mg/L 的 BR 处理,葡萄果实果形指数最大.BR 处理对果皮花青素及类黄酮含量无显著影响.综合分析认为,0.4 mg/L 的 BR 处理对‘红地球’葡萄的效果最好.

In this study,the different concentrations of brassinolide (0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 mg/L)were sprayed on the 6 years old ‘Red Globe’grape during the young fruit,berry expansion and color-changing period to investigate the effects of brassinolide (BR)on physiological characteristics and quality of grape. The results showed that the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were significantly higher while membrane permeability and MDA were lower under the treatments of 0.2 mg/L and 0.4 mg/L BR than that of con-trol (spraying water).Free proline were significantly promoted with the spraying of 0.4 mg/L BR.The chlorophyll contents were significantly increased under all treatments compared with control,except the treatment of 0.8 mg/L BR.The fruit cluster weight,single fruit weight,soluble solid and total phenol con-tent were promoted with the spraying of 0.2 mg/L and 0.4 mg/L BR,while the titratable acidity were de-clined accordingly under these treatments.Fruit shape index of grape were largest with the spraying of 0.8 mg/L.Different concentrations of BR had no significant effects on anthocyanin and flavonoids of grape.In conclusion,the spraying of 0.4 mg/L BR was the best concentration for the ‘Red Globe’grape.
