目的：观察香砂六君子汤加味治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后厌食症的临床疗效。方法：将60例全身化疗后出现中重度厌食症的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组给予香砂六君子汤加味，1剂/d，对照组给予甲羟孕酮片500mg/次，1次/d，两组均连服2周。在治疗前后分别对两组患者进行进行厌食评分，并进行组间比较。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗后两组厌食评分均降低，差异均有统计学意义（治疗组Z值为－3.279，P＝0.001；对照组Z值为－3.027，P＝0.002）。治疗组与对照组比较，治疗前后厌食评分并无显著性差异（Z值为－0.117，P＝0.907）。结论：香砂六君子汤加味能明显改善恶性肿瘤患者化疗后厌食症症状，其疗效与甲羟孕酮片相当。
목적：관찰향사륙군자탕가미치료악성종류화료후염식증적림상료효。방법：장60례전신화료후출현중중도염식증적악성종류환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조30례。치료조급여향사륙군자탕가미，1제/d，대조조급여갑간잉동편500mg/차，1차/d，량조균련복2주。재치료전후분별대량조환자진행진행염식평분，병진행조간비교。결과：여치료전비교，치료후량조염식평분균강저，차이균유통계학의의（치료조Z치위－3.279，P＝0.001；대조조Z치위－3.027，P＝0.002）。치료조여대조조비교，치료전후염식평분병무현저성차이（Z치위－0.117，P＝0.907）。결론：향사륙군자탕가미능명현개선악성종류환자화료후염식증증상，기료효여갑간잉동편상당。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of additive Xiangshaliujunzi decoction on anorexia induced by chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor. Methods: Sixty malignant tumor patients with moderate to severe chemotherapy-induced anorexia were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 in each group. The patients in the treatment group received Xiangshaliujunzi decoction once daily for 2 weeks, while the patients in the control group received oral medroxyprogesterone 500mg once daily for 2 weeks. All patients were evaluated with the severity of chemotherapy-induced anorexia at the end of two week treatment. Results: The anorexia levels of both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,showing statistical difference when compared with before treatment (Z=-3.279,-3.027, respectively, andP=0.001,P=0.002, respectively). The anorexia difference before and after treatment of the treatment group showed no statistical difference when compared with the control group (Z=-0.117, andP=0.907). Conclusion: Xiangshaliujunzi decoction can obviously improve anorexia induced by chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor, and may has an equivalent effect to medroxyprogesterone.
