为比较不同树种和草本光合生理特性和水分利用效率的差异,探寻不同植物种在植被恢复过程中的配置依据,对张掖市12种常见树种及草本的光合生理特性进行了研究.结果表明:灌木树种的光合速率整体高于乔木树种及草本,针叶乔木树种的光合速率整体要高于阔叶树种,乔木树种中除沙枣外其他树种均具有“午休现象”,梭梭的光合速率最高,全天光合平均速率为13.94μmol/(m2·s);灌木树种的日蒸腾速率整体低于乔木,针叶树种的蒸腾速率高于阔叶树种,除柽柳外,11个树种和草本蒸腾速率的最大值出现在13∶00或15∶00,苜蓿的蒸腾速率最大,达到了18.32 mmol/(m2·s);各树种及草本水分利用效率在11∶00之前和17∶00之后较高,灌木树种的水分利用效率高于乔木树种,所有树种中梭梭的水分利用效率最高.

In order to compare the differences of photosynthetic physiological characteristics and water use efficiency of different tree species and herbaceous,explore the basis of the configuration in the process of vegetation restoration,photosynthetic physiological characteristics of 12 common tree species and herba-ceous were researched.The results showed as follows:photosynthetic rate of shrub species was higher than the that of trees and herbs,which of coniferous tree species was also higher than that of the broad-leaved species.All the tree species except Elaeagnus angustifolia had a ‘midday depression’,photosynthetic rate of Haloxylon ammodendron was the highest,which was 13.94 μmol/(m2 ·s).The maximum transpiration rate of all the 1 1 tree species and herbaceous except Tamarix ramosissima appeared at 13∶00 or 15∶00,a-mong them,the transpiration rate of alfalfa was the highest,which was 18.32 mmol/(m2 ·s).Water use efficiency of tree species and herbaceous was higher before 1 1∶00 and after 17∶00,water use efficiency of shrub was higher than that of the tree species ,water use efficiency of Haloxylon ammodendron was the highest of all.
