在自然条件下,利用 LI-6400光合仪,测定了乌兰布和沙漠6个沙棘品种的光合蒸腾特性及主要环境因子的日变化,并采用相关系数、通径系数和决策系数探讨了主要环境因子对沙棘品种光合蒸腾日变化的影响。结果表明:6个沙棘品种的净光合速率呈典型的“双峰”曲线,在13∶00左右有明显的光合“午休”现象;‘白丘’与‘深秋红’蒸腾速率日变化呈“双峰”曲线,其余4个沙棘品种呈“单峰”曲线;PAR 是直接影响沙棘光合蒸腾速率日变化的最大环境因子,并起主要决策作用;C a 、T a 和 RH 间接影响沙棘的光合蒸腾速率日变化,是主要限制因子。
在自然條件下,利用 LI-6400光閤儀,測定瞭烏蘭佈和沙漠6箇沙棘品種的光閤蒸騰特性及主要環境因子的日變化,併採用相關繫數、通徑繫數和決策繫數探討瞭主要環境因子對沙棘品種光閤蒸騰日變化的影響。結果錶明:6箇沙棘品種的淨光閤速率呈典型的“雙峰”麯線,在13∶00左右有明顯的光閤“午休”現象;‘白丘’與‘深鞦紅’蒸騰速率日變化呈“雙峰”麯線,其餘4箇沙棘品種呈“單峰”麯線;PAR 是直接影響沙棘光閤蒸騰速率日變化的最大環境因子,併起主要決策作用;C a 、T a 和 RH 間接影響沙棘的光閤蒸騰速率日變化,是主要限製因子。
재자연조건하,이용 LI-6400광합의,측정료오란포화사막6개사극품충적광합증등특성급주요배경인자적일변화,병채용상관계수、통경계수화결책계수탐토료주요배경인자대사극품충광합증등일변화적영향。결과표명:6개사극품충적정광합속솔정전형적“쌍봉”곡선,재13∶00좌우유명현적광합“오휴”현상;‘백구’여‘심추홍’증등속솔일변화정“쌍봉”곡선,기여4개사극품충정“단봉”곡선;PAR 시직접영향사극광합증등속솔일변화적최대배경인자,병기주요결책작용;C a 、T a 화 RH 간접영향사극적광합증등속솔일변화,시주요한제인자。
Under natural conditions,diurnal changes of photosynthetic and transpiration rate of six sea-buckthorn cultivars and main environmental factors were measured by using LI-6400 photosynthesis sys-tem.The correlation coefficient,path coefficient and decision coefficient were used to determine the effects of main environmental factors on the diurnal changes of photosynthetic and transpiration rate of sea-buck-thorn cultivars.The results were as follows:Diurnal change of photosynthetic rate of six sea-buckthorn cul-tivars showed bimodal pattern and an obvious midday depression at 13∶00 o’clock.Diurnal change of tran-spiration rate of ‘Baiqiu’and ‘Shenqiuhong’both showed bimodal pattern,which of the others showed u-nimodal pattern.PAR had the greatest effect on the diurnal dynamics of photosynthetic and transpiration, and was the primary determining factor.C a ,T a and RH affected photosynthetic and transpiration mainly through their acting on PAR,and were the main limiting factors.
