本文剖析了各大高校艺术设计专业的现状与存在的主要问题，介绍了天津师范大学对艺术设计专业进行的一系列教学改革与实践。在整体的教学实施系统中，对培养方案进行了调节与重构，以此保障应用型人才培养目标的实现。同时，我们实施了学习→实践→再学习→再实践→毕业设计全流程的四年学习、实践教学体系，形成了三学习两实践的“巨无霸”型教学模式。

In this article, a thorough analysis was made about the present situation and main problems in art and design department of colleges and universities. The authors also introduced some educational reform and practice for art and design department of Tianjin Normal University. In the course of teaching, the practice training plan has been adjusted and reconstructed in order to achieve the objective of teaching. The way the authors adopted is study-practice, restudy-practice, and final-design through the 4-year study, and it has already achieved some success in their teaching and practice work.
