微格教学是师范院校训练师范生教学技能的一种有效方法。笔者对发现的问题进行分析,并提出相应的建议:增加教育投资,充分利用各种资源;加强师范生对微格教学理论知识的学习;加强和规范微格教案的编写;加强师范生的角色扮演意识;重视微格教学指导教师的培训。

Microteaching is an effective method to improve the teaching skills of pedagogic student in Normal Colleges and Universities. This paper analyses the problems which are identified through some surveys and interviews, and proposed the corresponding suggestion:a) Increasing the education investment, take full advantage of various equipment resources;b) Ma-stering and improving the theoretical knowledge and professional skills;c) Enhancing and standardizing the compiles and writing of microteaching lesson plans;d) Group members of the pedagogic students have to communicate with each other through role-playing;e) Strengthening the training in the supervisor of microteaching.
