随着人工林面积的扩大和部分人工针叶林相继进入近、成熟林阶段，河北省木兰围场国有林场管理局辖区林业有害生物发生种类逐年增加，暴食性害虫及新造林地鼠兔害呈频发、高发态势。通过采取强化预测预报、积极推广无公害防治为主导的综合防治技术、严格实施森林植物检疫等措施，可有效控制住灾害发生，巩固造林成果，保护森林资源安全。

With the expansion of plantation area of Mulan Forestry Administration Bureauand development of part of the artificial coniferous forest into the near mature forest stage insuccession ,the occurrence of forestry harmful biological species increases year by year ,overeatingpests and new woodland mice pest happen highly frequently .By strengthening theforecast and actively promoting the comprehensive prevention and control measures such asstrict implementation of forest plant quarantine technology , pollution‐free control as theleading factor , to effectively control disasters occurrence , consolidate the afforestationachievements ,protect the safety of forest resources and forestry industrial economic construction.
