目的:探讨脑红蛋白(NGB)在家兔视网膜的分布特征。方法选择健康成年家兔5只,利用免疫组织化学染色 SP法,观察 NGB在家兔视网膜中的分布情况。结果 NGB 在家兔视网膜的视神经纤维层、节细胞层、内网状层、外网状层、光感受器内节段和色素上皮层中有强阳性表达,在视网膜的内核层有弱阳性表达,在视网膜的外核层和光感受器外节段中未见有阳性表达,内界膜、外界膜和视神经中亦发现有 NGB阳性表达。家兔视网膜 NGB阳性表达的细胞类型主要有节细胞、双极细胞和光感受器细胞,其中节细胞的阳性表达定位于细胞质,胞核中未见表达。结论除外核层和光感受器外节段外,NGB在家兔视网膜其它各层中均有表达,提示 NGB在维持视网膜氧代谢平衡中发挥着重要作用。

목적:탐토뇌홍단백(NGB)재가토시망막적분포특정。방법선택건강성년가토5지,이용면역조직화학염색 SP법,관찰 NGB재가토시망막중적분포정황。결과 NGB 재가토시망막적시신경섬유층、절세포층、내망상층、외망상층、광감수기내절단화색소상피층중유강양성표체,재시망막적내핵층유약양성표체,재시망막적외핵층화광감수기외절단중미견유양성표체,내계막、외계막화시신경중역발현유 NGB양성표체。가토시망막 NGB양성표체적세포류형주요유절세포、쌍겁세포화광감수기세포,기중절세포적양성표체정위우세포질,포핵중미견표체。결론제외핵층화광감수기외절단외,NGB재가토시망막기타각층중균유표체,제시 NGB재유지시망막양대사평형중발휘착중요작용。
Obj ective To study the distribution of neuroglobin (NGB)in the retina of adult rabbits. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to observe the distribution of NGB in the retina of 5 healthy adult rabbits.Results There was strong NGB positive expression in the nerve fiber layer,ganglion cell layer,inner and outer plexiform layer,photoreceptor inner segment and retinal pigment epithelium, while the expression in the inner nuclear layer was weakly positive.The NGB positive expression was also observed in the inner and outer limiting membrane,and optic nerves.There was no NGB positive expres-sion in the photoreceptor outer segment and outer nuclear layer.The NGB positive cells in retina of adult rabbits were mainly retinal ganglion cells,bipolar cells and photoreceptor cells.In the retinal ganglion cells,NGB positive expression was mainly localized in cytoplasm.Conclusion There was NGB positive ex-pression in all layers of the retina of adult rabbits except photoreceptor outer segment and outer nuclear layer,which suggests that NGB might play an important role in oxygen metabolic balance of the retina.
