以樟子松种子为试验材料,分别用25℃温水、0.5%高锰酸钾溶液、ABT3号生根粉25~50 mg/kg 溶液3种不同催芽措施处理种子,对发芽率、芽苗移植成活率及炼苗成苗率等进行调查,结果表明:ABT3号生根粉25~50 mg/kg 溶液处理樟子松种子的发芽率、种子发芽后的芽苗移植成活率及炼苗成苗率分别为98%、99%、99%,均优于其他2种处理。
以樟子鬆種子為試驗材料,分彆用25℃溫水、0.5%高錳痠鉀溶液、ABT3號生根粉25~50 mg/kg 溶液3種不同催芽措施處理種子,對髮芽率、芽苗移植成活率及煉苗成苗率等進行調查,結果錶明:ABT3號生根粉25~50 mg/kg 溶液處理樟子鬆種子的髮芽率、種子髮芽後的芽苗移植成活率及煉苗成苗率分彆為98%、99%、99%,均優于其他2種處理。
이장자송충자위시험재료,분별용25℃온수、0.5%고맹산갑용액、ABT3호생근분25~50 mg/kg 용액3충불동최아조시처리충자,대발아솔、아묘이식성활솔급련묘성묘솔등진행조사,결과표명:ABT3호생근분25~50 mg/kg 용액처리장자송충자적발아솔、충자발아후적아묘이식성활솔급련묘성묘솔분별위98%、99%、99%,균우우기타2충처리。
Pinus sylvestris var .mongolica seeds as test materials ,were treated by 3 sprou‐ting measures ,with 25 ℃ warm water ,0 .5% potassium permanganate solution ,and 25 ~50 mg /kg ABT No .3 solution ,respectively and tested in germination rate ,bud seedling transplantation survival rate and seedling rate . The results showed that 25 to 50 mg/kg ABT3 solution treatment was dominant in the 3 treatments with 98% germination rate ,99%survival rate of seedlings transplanted after germination and 99% seedling rate ,respectively .
